I do beleive that this borderlines entrappment. If a cop is using his radar he needs to be able to be indentified as fair warning. I can't qoute you the exact law here but it also apllies at night, hence why they must have their parking lights on if their on the side of the road. This little episode is just plain ridiculous...and hes a lookin like a fool

I wouldnt doubt it if it was out here in so-cal. Here in hemet around Easter they put a officer dressed as a giant easter bunny with a basket crosses the street at any given moment through the crosswalk and if you dont stop the second his foot hits the pavement there one of about 4 bike cops will pull you over and fine you. The cops hide behind this small building every year and just watch you. lol crazy huh.

Do you all think it's as funny as I do that the cops are now dressing up in cute little elf and bunny costumes. I mean, did they cover this at the police academy? "You guys and gals are tough, you protect and serve! Now get out there and put on your bunny costumes!"

Silly little fools, silly, silly silly. You know here's a novel idea. There is a huge Meth problem in Caifornia.....a new concept.......GO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND LEAVE US CARE DRIVEN TAX PAYIN FOLK ALONE.....silly rabbit..........

this reminds me of Harold and Kumar goes to White Castle.. the part where they look both ways on the street light and decide to walk across reguardless of the 'no crossing' light. LOL

i almost hit a popo a couple of weeks ago in upland because his parking lights weren't on, he was in the suicide lane too! after he saw me he decided to move his car by driving in an opposing lane to make a u-turn with his lights still off! i figured maybe he was hoping some drunk would hit him and he'd survive to arrest someone.
