Hey all, thanks for all the comments.
Surprisingly, no we did know what number we were gonna get. We keep getting asked if we hunted down #1, but not at all. We preordered it, put our deposit down, and was just hoping for the best. I honestly told the dealer it'd be nice to be in the top 100. When the car arrived at the Port of Long Beach, they called us up, we finished the paperwork, and everything was settled.
Finally, when the car finally arrived at the dealership (as it sat at Long Beach for a week), the dealer called me up, telling me the car arrived and to guess what number it was, my guess was 445. He told me the news, and I couldn't believe it, so we rushed to the dealer immediately... sure enough, it was number 1. I was screaming like a little girl, the salesmen were screaming, everyone was screaming... except my girlfriend lol.
We got the car in Tucson, AZ (where my girlfriend lives), I wanted to get it from arizona so I didn't have the drilled holes on that front bumper. I plan on switching the TRD Springs and putting in Tanabe's. Also I already have the new wheels, I got some flat black 17 x 8 35mm offset. TRD Exhaust is already on. Posting pictures soon!

Oh you know it! The modding already happened before we got the car. TRD Exhaust, Tint, Clearbra already on. Plus I already have a pile of parts in the garage including the wheels. Here we go again!
