I hope they do! and I hope others start... I'm getting tired of trying to make money off this profession to people who do things for free. I understand this is a hobby but to others it's a way of making a living. Even if it's only to subsidize their current situation. Being unemployed I make extra income to live from photography. I haven't even bothered with the car club scene because I already know people are cheaper than dirt and want "everything" for free.
As for the website it looks nice but functions not so nice. Change the buttons to not open in a new window. I had 25+ pages just from seeing what content you had put up already. Certain things should have a new page pop up but not everything. This is mostly for your content buttons on new pages. Which your location page... you say "We have done many photoshoots throughout the city of San Diego." but have a picture of California adventures next to it. I'm not even sure why the location page is even there. What's it's purpose? I'd ditch it. Your "Calender" page isn't really a calender page but and appointment page. You should change it to reflect that. Also on the same page you should get rid of the cars buttons on the left of that. There's no reason to have them there, it's just added clutter. There's also a slew of bad links. None of the first 10 pictures I clicked linked to the original picture for "Dealership". Also the Wharehouse shoot is the same way. I gave up looking at them after that and most people will give up entirely and move on to another site. I would also have to say that there are a lot of crappy pictures in the gallery as well. What I mean are totally blurry where it looks like someone kicked the photographer or the lighting was too low and they couldn't hold still long enough. Or there are pictures that are way over exposed and even under exposed. Remember you're selling yourselves... Posting those as filler to gain content is going to hurt you more than help. IMO Only post your best shots not everything you shot. I hope you edit your shots? Sometimes a bad shot can be turned into something better but those attempts need to be in a whole different category.
It's still a good first attempt and can only get better from here on out. Personally I think it just needs to be streamlined and simplified. You can merge a few contents as well as purge some content. I'd be more than willing to help ya out in both content and layout. I'm having a friend do my site resurrection for his portfolio. I have a few more recommendations for the site too.

i understand that, and i plan on charging as soon as my business license gets approved. should be by the end of the next week.
Hey grumpy... don't do anything on the business license yet. I was going to get another one but a friend who is helping me with my business structure told me I don't need one. I need to talk to her about some more things but the BL is pretty much a waste of money for this business plan.
PS I also wrote some stuff about the website.

Most of what has been said from gcat has be fixed. Things that have been fixed are items as minimal new window pop ups, car links have been removed on some pages. As for photos, those will be soon edited. As i said before basic website, still needs a lil more work, but any criticism is welcome.
