is this bear alignment place the one where they align your car by hand or by machine.
I think I went to a place called bear...(if i'm correct) and they did it by hand and totally messed up my steering wheel alignment, etc.

there are different bear alignment places. i went to the one in corona and they did a horrible job. on the freeway i would take my hands of the steering wheel and in 4 seconds i would be in the next lane. the one in glendora however, does a great job. $70 for a 4 wheel alignment & adjusted my camber. im not sure anyone else can top that

the bear i'm talking about is the one on rosemead.
so far, thats the only place that I know of where you just drive straight in.
other places have the red rack you need to go on and even when it's lowered to the max, i still can't go up because of my front lip lol

this shop has a pit so no matter how low your car is, you drive straight onto two stands. this is the only pic i could find:

Bear Alignment is located @ 143 W Arrow Hwy, Glendora, CA‎ - (626) 335-0243‎
(Tell them the guy with the white tc with black rims sent you!)

Old thread...

but are there any shops anyone has been to lately?

Price is not an issue just want it done right

I've tried to call Bear in Glendora but it just keeps ringing
They have a few reviews on yelp but nothing too recent.

Here in the San Fernando Valley, there's:

Mikes Frame & Alignment
7716 Deering Ave.
Canoga Park, CA 91304
(81 346-0070 or
email Chevyracer57@aol.com

They have a pit so it doesn't matter how low you are, they charge $80 for a 4 wheel alignment, these guys have done a great job many times in the past for me, so I don't mind paying the $80 cause I know it will get done right. There's also:

Ram Tire Co.
8449 SEPULVEDA BLVD
NORTH HILLS, CA 91343
Store Phone: (81 894-9119
Store Fax: (81 894-9060
Store Email: William@ramtire.com

This place was recommended to me, so I have no personal experience with them, but the the guy that told me about them owns a dropped xB and said they have a pit as well, he said they charge about $50 for a 4 wheel alignment, I haven't confirmed that yet so who really knows lol.....just sharing for those of you that live here in the SF Valley
