As I've posted elsewhere, my XB RS 3.0 was stolen. It has since been recovered and now I am trying to decide if I should just take the insurance check or rebuild the car. It is missing the bumper and grille, head unit, ipod hook-up, airbags, tv headrests and a back door. As far as I know the engine is fine. Anyone have a recommendation on a shop who could do this stuff? Better yet, anyone run a shop and want a big project? Thanks in advance guys!

 

You have a RS box, I'd say fix'er back up, get a good alarm, and take good care of it since it will be a rare care in the near future. It really won't take that much to replace all the stolen parts.

Well--you could use the money for a kit and grill. The airbags are a real bummer--they are expensive. Sounds like you were the midnight car parts store. Good luck............

 

First of all let me say im sorry to hear that about your ride.Ok where do i start.. first off you have to remember you have a rs3 only 2,200 of these car are out there so that make you a special owner.they really didnt take that much.like yeller said buy after markets items to make you ride better than others. you will look back on this day and say to yourself..im glad i fixed it up
