whats up everyone, im real new to the scion scene but i cant wait to learn more about it. I've been a honda guy for a long time, but with the high theft in my area i started to think a honda might not be a good idea. I just bought an '07 tc (manual) and as soon as it gets in from long beach im gonna get the supercharger installed.

so i was just curious as to how many people bought the tc and went with a supercharger? how many of us are in s.d.?

the car dealer said that there's scion meets on saturday nights at fusion (which i plan on checking out, when the car gets here)

 

i guess ill be the only in s.d. with a super charger

 

The meets @ Fusion are the SE San Diego peeps, hit up pysco565 (the regional Moderator on SL). he knows all the info.

The meets at fusion have been lower numbers due to shows. This week most of the guys will be there tho.

I may get to drive to SF so I may not be there.

 

oh cool, now you guys will have to bare with me (im newer than most when it comes to scion's) i've been a honda guy(see sig). i should show up early oct. the dealer said he will order my tc this tuesday (then i gotta wait bout 2 weeks) the dealership was k.m. scion

 

lol KM, they're literally right around the corner from the meet! Oct, alrighty, you should see me bump the threa up usually Wed or Thurs before a meet posting whether there's a show we're at and if we're having the meet.

 

yeah i know where fusion is.....my buddy took me to a tuesday night meet (non scion).

also does anyone at the scion meet race? (at the Q) or do most just show the cars? (i plan on going to the Q the 1st chance i get....gotta get a base time (so i have something to improve on)

 

occasionally we do head out to the Q, but most of ours are heavy show cars. If you want to stop by this Sat we'll be there... we all just got done co-hosting a show at Chula Vista Scion so there'll be much to talk about!
