Some are still around, some have moved on, and at least for me... i just moved out of the area...
but the good ol' days of the SoCal Scion meets and events... even that environment has changed so much over the past couple of years..
I still remember when I went to my first event and Phillip (before socal-tc-club was even made), Alex (bluebox), and I were the only tCs there... yea...
what used to be an xB dominated community.. has certainly changed...

Was apart of the scene from 2004-2008. Joined SE around the same time as Kirby & thats where I met him. First person to talk to me @ the meet I was barely 18 at the time lol.

I remember joining up in the scene back in '05 when I got my RS1 tC and the first meet I went to was SoCal tC Clubs 1 year anniversary and the Progress warehouse and i won my first Scion raffle prize which was a Injen CAI. I miss the days when I first came into the scene saying wow to call the Scions that looked amazing. I remembered going to my first shows and what not and meeting everyone! I'm going to look into my photobucket and see if I can come across some pictures from back in the day.

one thing I never understood about Flip is why his plate says 1 qwk tC when his car is pretty damn slow. OOOOOOOOOOOOO YEAH I SAID IT! HAHAHAHAHAHA What up bro!

There only a few of the OG peeps here left...the originators are pretty much all gone..Eric M., DOC from Virginia, Nacy333, Scioninla...gone..
Kinda sad, it's a whole new crew and a whole new vibe...
Back then it was more like pioneers with the attitude of who cares what people think and be individuals outside the norm..
Whereas now it's more like follow the leader and my car group and mycar is better than urs..Me Me Me attitude.
TSW will always be TSW, we were the first then and starting SE we brought the culture world wide..
SE is still here, Chicago, NOVA, Piladelphia, North Carolina, Japan, Dallas Forth Worth, Memphis, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Cali..sorry if I missed a few..ha
SE SoCal may not always be at all the ll Scion shows, we've become more active and evolved in the whole import car culture than just Scions..but yes we are still around.
But to answer ur question Kirb...a few are still around but not enough to turn it back to the old chill xB times =D ..kinda miss that..=D
