all you need is a parade permit i would assume, and then some legitimate reason......
people do it all the time for bike rally's in fresno, especially if its a charity even. You can get the police escort, in fact alot of times the require it so nobody interferes......

 

well... for sure i haven't seen an entire highway blocked off like that by cops for scions.... but there have been cruises held that have just about as many scions down in socal.

yeah, i know. i helped Bertrand out and was on that cruise. But I dont think we had THAT many cars. mainly because we all had separate groups that cruised to the same spot. and then a lot of people decided not to go to the park after..

Haha. yeah, i ithink i would too. maybe someone will pull this off for a charity.. like.. breast cancer, MS, leukemia, etc.??
