I would meet up with you, but I'm going to be rolling early with my crew. We have a get together at Lambert's going on... "Home of the throwed roll". You could just call in sick on Saturday morning and head out Friday.

 

Hmmmm, Ill have to see what I can do, I know Im owed a favor by one of the tellers... Ill get one of the girls to work that week for me

I would most likely be in (^ Dunno if you are talking about me lol) I would rather not take the room just in case something comes up, but I should be going! Count me in if your getting the room James. Also, who wants to meet up and drive down together? It would be nice to have a group going down together!

OK, just wanted to update just a few things for you guys.

first off, don't worry about paying for a car wash on Saturday night when you get here, I got that covered. Meet us at the Patriot Auto Wash from 4:30 - 6:30

Second, Don't worry about eating Saturday night . . . I got that covered too. I've got a $600 gift card to Steak 'n Shake that I'll be covering your dinner on until it's gone. Once the $600 is out, it's gone so don't show up at the last minute and wonder why you can't get free food! ;)

I put together a pretty good hotel deal for you guys this weekend too. Comfort Inn and Quality Inn (in addition to sponsoring the show and giving free rooms for me to raffle off for next year) has rates from $50 -$65 depending on your budget. I just got back from Farmaid and spent $70 at these same hotels in StL and I KNOW that the ones here are nicer.

After your breakfast at the hotel, come on out to the show at the dealership. We'll have some rice crispy treats and breakfast bars for people who are just showing up for the show as well as coffee and sodas.

So now, you're at the show . . . what else have I done for you?! Well let's see, you get judged WHEN YOU WANT TO! So basically hang out when you want to, get your car cleaned at your own pace, get judged and then you can quit worrying about it. Come inside and play some xbox with us!

I've got dash plaques for the first 100 cars. Lunch will be around noon and Larry is cooking again. (Those of you from last year will appreciate this! Newcomers be prepared!) We'll be eating BBQ from Larry's smoker at home, and Anythingonashirt.com is bringing us Stickers!

Photography will be held at Roackafellow photography. If you saw last years calendar, or were at the show last year vouch for me here. This is pro stuff! Dan has some new items on the ticket this year, I can't wait to get Playing Cards with my car on them! Dan has also offered up a couple items for raffle. We'll be raffling off a 16x20 shot of someone's car and 5 $25 gift certificates! (Photos are the only thing I'll ask anyone to pay for at my show. I PROMISE you it's worth it. I know it seems expensive, but think of all the free stuff I'm giving you, no admission fee, free dinner, free lunch, free car wash, discounted hotel rooms . . . come on . . . you can afford it and you DESERVE it! ;) LOL )

The trophies are going to be AWESOME!!! Remember last years? Well I called up that order at BJ's and basically doubled it. These trophies are going to be good lookin, and will feature a slot for you to put a photo of your car from the show in!

Awards will be around 4pm and I'll have you in your car and heading home by 5. We'll be raffling off a set of wheels from the repairs of the Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and a set from ST Motorsports, I've got ScionPro sending us a signed Lithograph of Scion Betty, 10 Hotel Rooms, plus whatever I can get my hands on from anyone else in the next few days.

Been working with Kenan (beandip007) and here's what we came up with.

We'll have 50 Work Shirts to hand out. Not everyone will get one, so make sure you register early. The work shirts are 1 per car registered and sizes will be first come first served. These will feature the Scion Pinups logo on the full back and logos on one sleeve and over one pocket. (we've left room if you decide to get it embroidered with your name), but we'll also have 125 T-Shirt that we'll be GIVING away. We'll give those away 1 per car after the work shirts are gone first come first serve on sizes. Afer that I'll do my best to get everyone that wants a shirt one. These shirts are going to look GOOD too!

Is that enough? You wanna come hang out with me on 10.18.09 yet?
