I'm not entirely sure if it's cybersquatting (hence, 99%) if your domain gets jacked because it expired... it might be fair game if it just expires.

However, since I'm not a lawyer:

a) You can hire one, and refer him/her to the Anti-Cybersquatting act, and tell them what's going down.

OR

b) Go here and file a dispute with the WIPO.

A third method is to contact the person that ganked the domain, and threaten legal action. My suggestion for that is to read the Anti-Cybersquatting Act, and include in your correspondence parts of the act you think are even remotely relevant (include the wiki, too!). DO NOT exchange money with this guy! Just the fact that he wants money from you guys might constitute extortion, which you can drag his ___ to court with.

I'll look up what happened on the domain side, and see if I can't find out more about this guy.
