The Scion Open is actually two unique events in one. A snowboard tournament for competitors and a mobile party station for spectators. The spectator event includes the Scion Mobile Party Station Semi-Truck; which includes a 40,000 watt stereo system, Xbox 360 gaming systems, interior dance floor, show cars and an elevated DJ stand.

The truck is a true interactive experience located adjacent to the Snow Creek lodge area and snowboard competition. Scion owners are invited to display their cars next to the mobile party station.

where can we get more info on the contest? I can't make it myself, being a saturday and in the car business, that's all bad for short notice, lol. Sounds like a cool event though! Is there a website with more info on the rules, or what to bring, what to expect, etc. etc.

Hey count me in, this sounds pretty cool. I am down for the display too, is it going to be jugded or just a show and shine?

I talked to Eddie and here's the deal.

no car show, just a show-n-shine. there will be free stuff, the usual probably, hats and shirts and whatnot. and the big fun deal here is to watch the competition, which should be pretty cool!

yeah, you can go snowboarding apparantly, although the free part is to spectate for the competition that day, but the slopes are apparantly open. you should go to the website and call them. i posted it earlier.

yeah, park next to the truck, and then go spectate for free. you should be able to get on the slopes, but Scion isn't running the event, only sponsoring it. Look for their number on the website and call for details on what there is to do at the place. It looks pretty cool, I may take the family out there when Anthony grows up a bit!
