I have some bad news. JC Alexander our main sponsor for Green Toyota has had a Family emergency and we are going to have to reschedule the Date. I am very sorry we changed the dates, but he must be there to have the show. I feel as if this makes me look very unorganized. I have been working ion this show for six months. I promise this show will be a huge success and we will have more time to get prizes to give to you. I think we should have enough give-aways for every paticipant to get one. Can't wait to see you guys and hopefully these plans wont mess everthing up for you. I have official flyers if you would like some for your club. Thanks for your support.

What about the april 22nd or 29th? I have to know by Friday when to set the exact date. 22 or 29? please give me feed back everyone.

 

22nd works better for me since I'll be busy as hell getting ready for the Ames show after that.

I'll still try to make it on the 29th if that's the date, but that's the last Saturday of the month too and it's bad to miss that as a sales guy.

I will get the flyer up asap. I have ben really busy moving and just got my internet hooked back up. I also have to find my extra flyers......I hate unpacking........ahhh.

Sorry I haven't been on I have been in Chicago with Scion Evolution club at the Hot Import Nights. What a show!!!! We will go on as scheduled for the 22nd of April and I will have flyers out no later than next week. I am also going to start a fresh thread then to stop any confusion...since we had to reschedule. PM me for more info and if you need directions.

 

Just making sure this is still on for the 22nd of April. And is the $10 just for those that want to compete? Can you still show without the $10 fee?

 

$10 is the donation to our club/ participation in the show/ give-aways. If you don't want to enter the show, you can still park with us. I am also accepting valunteers for this event, and I will wave the fee for those individuals.

 

hey - say no more. So long as it's potentially going to help out a fellow scion club, i'll make sure the STL boys chip in then - all for a good cause. If you can, e-mail me on the details for what you're looking for on the volunteering side - when to be there, what's involved, etc...
