Did this ever get resolved Alex?

 

Both people who reserved the rooms have said that they are going to pay me for them in full.

I have not as yet received any cash, but they assure me they will pay when they can. Fortunately, I was able to cover the charge this month so I didn't get charged any credit card fees, but it would be really nice to have the money soon.

So, I guess the answer is "sort of".
