Nope, still all busted up. They denied my claim stating I "sideswiped their driver"

 

BY DEFINITION ISNT A SIDESWIPE FROM THE FRONT NOT THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE HIT SO WOULDN'T IT THEN BE THAT HE SIDESWIPED YOU !!! just a thought

 

Yeah......and when they accuse somone in a tc of sideswiping a SEMI, they pretty much accuse them of having the mental capacity of a cupcake

1.) yes officer i saw him and figured i would just force him off the road he only outweighs me by about 10,000 lbs i coulda taken him

2.) no officer i didnt see the giant semi so i figured i would just crush the right side of my car through sheer mind power alone
