I spoke to Car Toys last night. These are the dates for the Denver Tent Sale located at Southwest Plaza. They are finalizing the contract for the venue, but i doubt it will change.

But the dates will be June 25th through June 28th (thursday - sunday).

After speaking to them about the dates, this is what I proposed for the "events" for each day. Still working out times and specific details.

June 25th - Bike Night with local clubs, enthusiasts and shops
June 26th - Hot Rod Cruise-in with Cruisin Dave
June 27th - Traffic Jam Car Show
June 28th - Lowrider Car and Bike Show

Let me know what questions/concerns you might have and Ill answer the best I can.

**UPDATE** FLIERS!!!! These are going to be printed soon and sent to one of the stores, i will then get them and begin distributing. I do NOT have the "pre-registration" page on my site setup yet. I do have a PDF of the registration and you can paypal the funds to transactions@illusivedreams.org of you wish. But here you go (their design). These havent been released anywhere yet as I just got them in email today!

 

Wow, this is actually coming together early pretty well this yr.. Sweet!

 

I fricking HOPE SO...I told them last year when I did it, I can make ____ happen for them, but Id like a little bit more than a weeks notice!

But I also touched base with them back in October and told me to hit them up in January sometime...which I just did this last week.

Damn, already want to revise the times on me.

So I think the Traffic Jam show will be 4pm-10pm. But Ill try and wrap up sooner if I can....

I got them to switch the time to 3-9pm instead of 4-10pm. Flier has been updated as well.
