What is this all about? I have hearing that the Sonic on Federal is a prime cruise spot on Friday nights. Has anyone been? Anyone want to go this Friday? What's a good time to get there if you want a prime parking spot? Any trouble from Johnny Law?

 

We went there a couple times with everyone. We can all try and get up there again. Just give everyone a heads up. A lot of ricer punks I think. There is the occasional nice tuner or sweet rod there too though.

 

I thought it would be cool to get a bunch of us together and roll in "en mass". Anyone interested?

it's ok if you just want to hang out get some food but its mostly sti, evo, and civic owners that think scions are just show worthy scrap metal.

I got alot crap from an sti owner once because "everyone owns a freakin scion" even though I was the only one there and he was standing next to about 12 sti's. can you say dumba$$.

I cant drive 5 miles wihtout seeing at least 1 Evo and 2 STI's, everyone and thier mother owns an evo..... and twice that many people have STI's. In fact I can account for more evo's and STI's out there than all 3 Scion models put together!

So, do I ever see an evo's or STI's? Yeah, but only when I open my eyes though

 

Last time we did this we all parked in front of an oil change place (I think that was it) at the far South end of the lot, and some of the people had to show up early and block out the spaces for the late arrivals (like us, since we drive from Greeley, and can't get there until like 7-ish).
We'd be down with coming too, but need someone to get there early and block the lot from filling up with other cars...

 

I get off work at 4 but I'm sure T will want to come and she doesn't get home from work until 6 ish. We probably wouldn't be able to make it until 6:45-7 either. Hax? Fader? Anyone else up to save us some spots?

 

I have a double header baseball game first and then I will be there. You all are more than welcome to come to the games then travel up there. Let me check the times of the games. If they get out early then I will get up there and save some spots..

 

I'm up for it were and when do we want to meet I have know idea were this sonic is.

If I had to guess it is the Sonic on Federal near 92nd. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

As far as meet up time, I won't be able to make it there until 6:45-7:00, maybe 6:30 at the earliest. From what I hear that is probably too late to get a spot to park one car, let alone a group of them together. It has been said that it might be wise to have some poeple that can get there early save some spots for us.

Anyone want to volunteer? I know Nick said he would try but with the double header that might be too late.

That might be a good spot if we can get it early enough.

Yep, it's here:
9500 Federal Blvd. - Federal Heights, CO 80260
But at the far South end of the lot, there's an oil change place (I can't remember what the name of it is), next to the Sonic, and right up front.
We used to try to meet there at 6, but we have to have someone there earlier to save spaces for sure...otherwise, we can cruise around in circles with no space to park as a group...
I can try to get off work at 4, which means I can be home and leaving Greeley at around 5:00, and we might be able to make it a bit earlier (like around 6:15-6:30) but it's best if someone can go at 5:30-6:00 instead.

 

I could possibly get there early any one else wanna meet up early to help save spots?

 

Yeah, I went there a couple of times last summer...there are SOME nice cars...but like HP said, it's just a lot of little punks who think their rides are the shiz lol

It is a lot of fun for a little while though...after a while it gets a little old seeing the same cars drive around all night

And as far as the cops go, they only give you trouble if you're unruly or you're racing on the street out in front.
