You said it's 3m But I'm not sure who makes the best stuff. I think that 3m stuff should be good but I don't really know.
I would say if they will install it for that. DO IT!
Go 18, And have them do the mirrors too.

Two windows run about 60 bones for the good stuff so that sounds about right, IMO.
ust make sure that whoever does it . Doesn't cut the film to fit while it's on your paint!!!!!!
The guy who did Josh's had to pay to have his car repainted!

also, make sure they do about 8" across the top, above the windshield.

3m is the good stuff, so you're ok there. sounds like a decent price, but I've not had it done... wish i did, but two weeks of driving, and it was too late.

as good as that sounds to do the top the rolls are at most 2ft wide and 10 in length the roof would run me about 1200 because of the way the top is shaped they say it isnt going to be easy or worth is since the top is not often het bad enough to chip the paint but i will thin,k about the mirrors

you must have misunderstood me- just a strip across the front of the roof right above the windshield.

not the whole top, just the part that faces forward...
trust me, it gets the crap beat out of it.

3M is listed as the best. The best thing is the thickness. Make sure it is 8 mils thick. That way you get the best possible protection. If the clear bra includes the front bumper, spoiler, and hood, that is a great deal. You might also want to get your headlights done as well as your fog lights if you have them. If not, a small piece to fit on the cutouts is good too.

You can also get pre-cut kits that you can install yourself, but it is a pain is the butt. That is what I did. It was a pain, but I only spent $50 on an 8 mil kit. It was not 3M, but vary comparable. But to install, I needed a heat gun or hair dryer to make the material soft to do the corners, and sometimes the material needs to be stretched. But if you can get someone to do all that plus the window tint for that price, you are getting a great deal.

WELL AFTER DRIVING TO WORK THIS MORNING I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE I THINK IT IS A MAJOR ISSUES BUT THEY SAY THAT IT IS MINOR YOU DECIDE..... the two front windows are tinted darker than the rest the tinter told me that on all toyota products they tint to what he says is a 22 to 23% and what they use is 20% from the outside there is no visible difference but from the inside i think it just looks weird not bad just weird man i wish i lived outside of colorado i could tint the back ones even darker than i wouldnt mind it so much sporting 10% or less would be the best
