Move In: 8-10am (both days)
Show: 10-10 Saturday, 10-6 Sunday
Entry: $75 for weekend show, $50 for spectators

Ok gang, I know we have at least 3 cars that expressed an interest in attending NOPI, and with that I thought I would start the roll call/meet up thread. For those of you on Scionetics ( which you all should sign up on if you havent, really ) I will be creating the event in our local hub soon so we can roll call and get informative emails rolling.

Just so there's not a last minute descision, lets start thinking of a meet up point now, any suggestions?

we could just meet at nicks work if thats good with you nick. it is the only place i can think of that is close to coors field.

How did you do that? Did it happen on Saturday? What will it take to get fixed? Damn, so no frostyvision?

 

I'm not sure. Yes, At the show. I'm looking in to that now. No, No Frostyvision for now.

What's up with your luck lately? Did you say or do something wrong and now Karma is biting you in the butt?
I hope you get it fixed soon...could it be a warranteed thing?...or did you get the bumper-to-bumper protection? I don't know much about that stuff, but maybe Scott could help somehow? Let us know if we can...

Ouch that sounds painfull, the doc told me once I had a blown inverter and they had to operate on it, but I opted to try advil. Worked good

 

 

blown inverter shouldn't be too bad frost - what were the specs on it?

The inverter was a MPI-800 - 800w with a 1600w max. However, unless you have other inverters that are free, I'll just warranty this one.

 

I just got this e-mail from Mark Meyers at NOPI:

"Awards for car clubs include:

$3600 Cash Prize to CAR CLUBS, GROUPS or WEBSITES

$1000 for most show entries
$500 for Second most show entries
$300 for Third most show show entries

$1000 for most people and noise at the Awards ceremony
$500 for Second most people and noise at the Awards ceremony
$300 for Third most people and noise at the Awards ceremony

There will also be an award for Best Club Display."

 

holy cow. uh, if we can get our usual turnout, we would basically be the biggest club, and could potentially win both the 'most entries' and 'most noise' either award would basically pay for our entry.

I know there are other clubs in the area, but i don't know of any bigger than ours...
