There will be pizzas and soda provided by Mountain States Scion.

I think this is an awesome idea and a great way to get all the clubs working together for a good cause. I only hope that all the clubs decide to participate since corporate Scion is involved I think they would like it if everybody helped out. Count me in!

We need to have either the president or lead person of each club to be there in order to represent their club. We can therefore deligate responsiblities out to each individual club involved. This is a big task and will take alot of work on all of our parts to pull it off.

It looks like we may have to do this one our own. Looking at the replies it seems that the only other club willing to step up for a good cause is Evolution. I hope the others clubs prove me wrong and actually participate in something worth while. Why is it so hard to put all the B.S. behind us and make something good happen for the kids @ Ronald McDonald House?????? Anyone have an answer

Hey Chipper & Eric, Jeff and I are always willing to help, just send some stuff our way and it will get done.

 

a few day notice is not enough man. Already got a plan. Its Saturday night for god sake .

 

This is a very big event that we are trying to put together, this meeting is so everyone can get involved. I would hope to have a good turnout.

 

so the actual drive is not tomorrow.. oh ic.. keep us posted. Some of us can proabably make it to the actual event.

Yes, the meeting is at 6:30 at Mountain States Scion. They will be buying pizzas. You are more than welcome to come. We look forward to meeting you.

 

For anyone attending the meeting today, don't worry about the weather as the meeting is going to be held inside at Mtn States Scion. If you need directions to Mtn States Scion they are at the junction of I-25 & US 36. From I-270W take US 36 W and take the Broadway exit, from I-25 N take the 58th Ave exit go over to Broadwy and go North to Mtn States Scion.

I just wanted to apologize for me and Julie not making it up there to Denver. I have working trying to get my new rims and now I am riding on a doughnut and couldn't drive all the way to Denver on it. Is there anyway you could shoot me a email or PM with a summary of info? Again, sorry for not being able to make it up!
