You gotta download it and figure out how to get it on to your phone. On my Sidekick 3 it was realy easy to do...just plugged in the usb cable and saved it to the proper folder on the memory card.

ed, love to help a brotha out, but there is no way that I can enlarge an image, and still make it look good. gotta start out with something bigger than the final (intended) size.

What I ended up doing was downloading one of the more basic themes they offered and replaced the images for the background with my own, named the same thing as the original of course

They also offer a "create your own theme" option and you can do it that way too
