well the xA is parked on one of teh main roads on base here because its pretty burried in snow. the base didnt close until we had like 7 inches on teh ground... o well alot of cars here on base did not make it home!

Im perty sure most of the Front Range is going to be closed tomorrow, xcept my stoopid shop.

 

i just looked outside the snow is right below my sideskirts. i don't think i could leave if i wanted to either.

 

That is looking at my balcony! That snow on the rail comes up to my nose! WOW!

Today was my 3rd day off sick from work (stupid stomach bug!). And I guess it would have been a short day anyways. Tomorrow, although I'm feeling like I could go into work, I guess I won't be.

So in the mean time, I've tracked the snow storm as Matt and his brother DRIVE to Chicago for the holiday. I know, they're crazy. Between many phone calls and text messages, they've made it to Omaha safely, and are driving through over night.

The three cats that are supposed to be good company and entertainment did NOTHING but sleep all day...lotta company they are.

Still recovering from the stomach bug (wish the Dr's could give me a better answer, and some antibiotics or SOMETHING!) Out look appears better than last night though.

Yea so you know when they announce base closures and they cavet it with except mission essential personel? Yea im THAT guy. Ive been here since 5 in the morn and will be here until at LEAST 10 tomorrow morning. I feel like the guy from clerks.... im not even supposed to be here today. So anyway I dont wanna hear complaints about cabin fever cuz im stuck @ work saving the world!!!

PS I just got married yesterday and found out my Wife was preggo today... She's soooo not happy with me right now. One day of marriage and im already in the dog house cuz of my job. Shezzzz. Sorry im tired and grumpy..... needed to vent.
