I want to come up with a SouthEast Region Scion Community thank youType of show..
to acknowledge dealers, companies and people who are within them.. Trying to keep the community companies and dealers involved with scion.. This is only a though cause god only knows i don't have the funds to put on a show financially by myself.. i still need to get with kennedy who is out of his office for a few days....

I WANT YOUR INPUT AS SCION OWNERS/ENTUSIASTS SO....

scion should let you pick something with a particular dealers logo of your choice at the door and see who reps that dealer the hardest winning dealer should get a bonus for having such a great following of scion owners and loyal customers of the dealership and all the owners should get hooked up with some of the hot giveaways like exposed always does

Central Florida Fairgrounds can probably be reserved, and it would be free if we can get a chairty to sponsor us.

That is probably the best idea Ihave heard in a while, the flaw is in the location. Let's say you have this event in Jacksonville, then no one from the lower part of the state will come and the local dealership no matter how good or bad would win. The location is important, but if we are to reward dealers for their support the contest should be done on-line and by poll in order to level the playing field ...

None the less I like the direction this is heading in ..

 

LOL best part is over 100 and something views and 5 posts LOL but if it was a show thread there would be a million gripes about how someone didnt get first

 

Location wise I would say some where in Central Florida would be best. But if you want dealers to represent, you have to give them a reason to be there. Especially since the weekends are more often than not when they do the majority of their sales. What ever was going on would have to be a big enough deal that a rep from each of the dealers being put out there would show.

 

...is it possible to get Scion corp behind us?

like they do with Exposed, and all the big shows like that??

 

Thats what I am trying to get to happen, I just wanted to see if it would be received well by owners and dealers and companies that partisipate.. I have not pitched it to scion yet, since only a few have posted...

I do think a Central Fl. location would be the best in order to involve more people. If you want I could post your idea up on another forum and see if there are any good ideas out there as well.

i dont attend many shows each year, but i'll deff attend one of Brandy's!

 

Chiming in from New Orleans here. Any excuse to get to Florida would be OK by me, though i do prefer Tampa (never can get enough of that city).

Not much of a Scion community here, so it'll be nice to shoot the breeze with other Scion owners.
