1UP CREW DISCUSSION / SCION MEET
it has nothing to do with intake temp in the way ur putting it.... if the car runs rich and doesnt burn fuel the pistons job is to compress it all and burn it and blow it up forcing it down again which is what makes the car move... everything that is excess is exhuast and dumped out header...weather it be all air or all gas.. by the time it reached the CAT if it hasnt atomized the heat gases will eventually burn or "make it pop" on a shift which is the only time the TB is closed and hotter gasses and spark are in excess because there is no load or air coming in from the intake side
I looked up mobil 1's site and they only sell the 10w 40 weight in "high mileage". Oh well, ill stick with the 5w 30 for the mean time.
Joe, you only put 4 quarts? Most people ive met upt about 4 and half.
