absolutely. its rediculous down here. compared to up north like tenn. or virginia or the carolinas. shoot u dont even need to go up that far, in georgia you get get a 4/3 for a quarter to a third of the cost of what it would be in florida. and these are 2 story white picket fences houses with a biiiig backyard, not the crap they have down here where everything is stacked on top of each other.

I was up there only 2 weeks, and when coming back it took me at least a day to catch back up to Miami speed, lol

i guess it depends on the person. i'd rather pay 500k+ for a house down here than live up there. ive been to memphis, atlanta, and south carolina before... not my thing. very nice looking house tho!!

The cars were there at least.

We usually kick in the wings-n-things place like 5 stores away from the bank.

Then we kick it outside afterwards.
