Making the story short. I was on vacation in Miami about 2 weeks ago. I rented a 350z from a rental place down there. My deposit of $400 was supposed to be returned to me the next day. Well needless to say it was never refunded. I called the business number and it says it was temporarily disconnected. I have the guys personal cell number he answered it 1 time, told me to call back and never answered again or returned my messages. I would paypal someone $50 if they could call him or stop by there and get him to refund it. I know he is still in business. Here is his cell number 1-305-305-7626. The name of the place is Miami Exotic Cars Rental and the address is 3994 NW 27th St. Miami FL 33142-5602. It is right by the airport. Someone please call or see what his problem is. I tried calling from several different phone numbers but he won't answer any calls from my area code.

if u have the contract with you then u need to call the BBB and report them. you can also file lawsuit on them.. 400+ court and lawyer fees if they have no proof of giving u back the money.

if it was me though i would drive the 15 minutes there and just burn every car on the lot though. ill do that for 100 bucks !

 

its ok no need for anyone to call. hes a scammer himself. i have a claim opened against this guy cause he never sent me the turbo. how about you give me my money back

dude, it will be out, i promise. I have been on mandatory overtime since I got back from vacation since one of our guys was in an accident and another got fired. I haven't had one minute to myself. I am even posting this from work. By the time I get home UPS is long closed. You will get it.

but in all seriousness.. if you do have a valid contract with them and they have no proof of refunding what was stated...and their lack of response to your inquiries is proven, I agree... for that amount you could take them to small claims court and sue to get your money back plus court/attorney fees/costs.

 

Pete your plan is great.. however in true Miami style.. first you go to court, then get your money back, then torch all his cars, kill his gold fish, then torch his house.. then pin that on him too, say he "insurance frauded" then collect that reward for turning him in.. then sue him for the emotional stress this has all caused you.. then repeat
