I can make you what ever you want if your local, however im looking for the following:

1. Person who has a setup with no cat. This way i can design something which does not sound ricey and cracks. All the locals with nice name brand systems sound off once they toss the cat. I want to make a bolt on that sounds and performs well with a catless setup. This is my priority.

2. SOme one with a stock setup so i can design something that performs well and sounds well. I might make one of hte parts interchangable so when they go catless they dont have to come to me to weld something up, they can just order an extra part to tone the system down.

Those who are local and have PMed me with requests, i can do anything you want thats custom.

Ditto! I'm only about 1 1/2hrs -2hrs way and that's not a big drive for me. So when you're ready to make a nice 3" setup for the built engine turbo guys let me know. Also if you're looking to make anything else I'm open to testing.

4 Hours? Do you take a lunch break in between? It takes someone 45 minutes to crush bend it from the s-pipe back. Mandrel shouldnt take that much longer...

How about a 2.5" piping setup with one resonator in the center like the one on the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86UDVnspfUo
but on a HKS axle back with stock headers? can u make it sound similar to it?

You should not be so quick to comment with out knowing how something works.

Anyways here is a quick 101 for you :

On a press bent machine, you bend a pipe, bring it to the car and size it up. If it does not fit, you bring it back to the bender then bend it some more till you get the bend you want. Once it fits you take pipe back to machine and bend the other angle you need till you get what you want etc.

mandrel bend machine:

You enter a number, bend once and thats it, its yours to keep. You cant take it and put it back in the bender and bend it again. Now take that 1st bend and figure out what the distance between bend needs to be and figure out what the rotatin between those two bends are.

When ever you do something custom it takes time to do. Now if its somethign you do all the time you save the measurments etc then youc an program teh machine to bend it up right away.

Yup but it wont be as aggressive but it will still sound great.

Once the header comes out the whole setup will change.

Stop hanging out with Mario.

Hey ExhaustDepot, I'm still interested in getting an exhaust but I have to wait till motor is done being built and then I'll hit you up.
