Hi Everybody,

Ive gotten permission from the management at my dealership to hold a Scion event sometime soon here in Naples. This is the first step towards launching a more specialized scion community program down here.

I already have a few ideas.

I have secured a DJ.

There shall be food.

There a car show style contest for the best vehicles for regional scion owners.

It will be a one day event on a Saturday sometime between now and the end of March.

Im looking for some more great ideas to make this event tons of fun and a huge success. If anyone has any ideas let me know Lets show everyone in SWFL How great Scions really are!

Hey guys! Im over on the east coast and dealerships over here put on scion shows all the time. Some are waaay better than others... If I may suggest, Toyota of Stuart put on a really great show last august and are putting on another one march 8th. Maybe you could come check it out and see what goes on and what works and dosent... just an idea...

Also.... advertise the hell out of it... and cars will show up

Hey Thanks Jason. Ill meantion it to him today. Im really excited about this. Ive been trying to get a real Scion program together for us for several months now and it looks like its all starting to come together. I cant wait to see what everybody in the area has done with their scions

 

Oh and on top of this. The event will coincide with the lauch of a website project ive been working on. Think Social Networking site for scion owners. Totally different kind of site from scionlife, but still it will be something fun I think will add to the community

Yeah there have been a few meetings to decide advertising and whatnot. May end up with the 4th week and march. Its more important to me that its a great eent than how soon it is

The website is about 50% done its shaping up to be very cool and should coexist nicely with scionlife.
