Anybody heading out there tonight? Every friday is test n tune.. You pay $15 and can run your car as many times as you like.

Gates open at 5pm, it closes between 10:15-10:30pm.

It's normally not very crowded at all there, it's nice.. I usually show up around 7:00, stay to around 10 and I run my car at least 10 times every time. One time I ran it about 20.

Just figured I'd make this thread since I barely ever see any tC's out there.

Here's their website: www.immrace.com
BTW, it's an 1/8th mile track, not 1/4 mile.

Too far for me i don't get off work till 6 and it looks like it'd take me a few hours to get there..altho this would be a great idea for a SuperFa race night...instead of ppl driving out to the race track we normally go to...perhaps superFa will go down south for a race night and get some different ppl racing...it's an idea and i'll talk with shawn about it...could be interesting.

I get off work at 5pm, it's about a 45 minute - 1 hour drive for me..

It's not a bad track at all.. Very laid back with alot of very fast cars/bikes.

I would prefer a quarter mile track but 1/8 mile is great practice.

In the tC, the only difference in driving between the 1/8th and the 1/4 is shifting from 3rd to 4th gear (which is the easiest gear to shift into, IMO)

Last time I was there, there was a hyabusa with all types of stuff done running a 5.5, it was insanely fast. On the same night I saw a modded '02 z06 and '04 SRT-10 viper.

I saw 3 other tC's there on friday night, all of them hitting low to mid 10s. (the other flint mica seemed to be having a hard time launching)

I kept trying to line up with a white one but it never worked out.

I hit my best time so far (9.82 @ 72.77, with a .550 reaction time).. I hit 4 9.8's, 2 9.9's and one 10.1.. My MPH went up by about a full MPH from the crank pulley & s-pipe.

I hit 3 2.2 60' times.
