Mount Dora, Sorrento, Eustis, Tavares, Leesburg, Fruitland Park, Apopka, Alt Springs just to name a few. I'm just trying to get a group together in the area who whould like to cruz to Old Town and other events in the Central Florida area. Also the last time I was at the local Scion Dealership in Leesburg I was told they would really like to put on a event sometime. Now I just need help putting something together and let them know.

Not really, that's all north, & Justin is in ORANGE Co. It's just as far for me to go to Leesburg or Tavares as it is to go to Sonic's or to West Oaks mall.
Phillips wants to put on an event, yeah right (<-sarcasm). They have the space but would probably only be like 5 people there. They can email me about it, if they really want.

Would Sanford be an eaiser area for a club meeting? I was at the Big Boy's near Best Buy today and they said having a car club meeting would be fine. Lots of parking space and a possible discount on food purchases as well. Need at least 12 of more for the discounts and Sundays is open. Let me know and I'll set up a time and date with them and everyone can come out and meet up soon.

South, you need to come SOUTH. Like Winter Garden or Ocoee, but wait you said Lake Co, so we should meet in Lake Co. Tavares or Eustis are about halfway between Leesburg & Clermont (the 2 largest cities LOL). There is a Sonic in Eustis, I know that I went to a meet there before (S.I.C.C.) but it wasn't my kind of crowd, well at that time.

Not maybe Scion people in Lake Co., so don't expect much. Maybe once or twice a month at the Dealership or something, but it'd probably be a weekend & promo thing for them, Free food & raffles & stuff.

True, not many Scion's in the Lake Co area but I do see them from time to time. Would be nice to get a group together for a cruz down to Old Town or something like that. I have 2 sons ages 7 & 9 who want to go check out some car shows and such. OK time to start putting something together here...

I'd say just to Post that you're going to head down to Old Town & some folks will meet you there or tag-a-long. I don't like that place much, Kinda crowded, loud & way too Touristy. I think that something in or around a Freeway ('pike, 429, 408, etc.) would be best, easy to get to/from, good exposure. Something Like HomeDepot on 441 in North Apopka, or OkaHumpka Service Plaza, other wise, you're driving to somebody else's meet (Sonics on Thursday)

Hi there. My family and I would be interested in the Sunday at Big Boy in Sanfors on Sunday. We have little ones that we enjoy bringing with us too. Keep us posted on any gathering you might have. Take care

JWWills keep an eye on this posting and hopefuly we will get to meet up soon. My two boys enjoy going to car shows and hanging out with other Scion owners. Plus Big Boys has a great "Hot Fudge Icecream Cake" that we all enjoy.

I have a 6 disk remote cd player that I'm not using. I got it for my Expolrer and when I sold it I took the cd player out. Very easy to install and works with all brands of car stereos. I paid $400 for it. Got to be worth something in a trade.
