well to give everyone a update...since i had a $500 deductiable and it cost a total of 470 to fix. im A$$ed out! but the lady who hit me, her husband actully paid for my new bumper and is paying for it to get painted. so I guess I was lucky in the sense that he is being cool about the situation.

Did the at fault party pay for a rental?? Are you sure there will not be any supplemental damage. If they took care of that you should be fine.

You should have called their insurance company directly for them to handle the loss. As long as it was not United or US Security you would have been fine.

Also do not always depend upon the dealer as doing a good job. I had my car repaired (body work) at HEADQUARTER Toyota and it took them way tooo long and they did a ____ poor job.
