Well i've recently had some roommate issues and i am on the lookout for a new roomie. I am in a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment on the intersection of John Young Pkwy and Oak Ridge.

I am asking $700/mo. that will cover EVERYTHING, including water, electricity, high speed internet access, DirectTV WITH DVR in your room and 150+ channels, large Washer and Dryer in unit (not stacked...), microwave, dish washer, fridge, and a few other goodies...The apartment is over 1,000 square feet, on the second of 3 floors. I will probably need a few weeks to organize and clean after this guy leaves, so i'm hoping to have someone moved in by the first of June. If you're interested, lemme know!
