yea i'm actually working out a few plans.... what time does the majority of us want to be in J-ville by? that way i can work soem times out - then run them by BRANDY , then by the rest of ya.... and see what we can work out... i'd love to do one huge collaboration with everybody! i appreciate all of the support on the idea. ^__~ cher out!

We would have to leave at like 830 or so. Remember we are traveling with a huge group. I would say that if we leave teh Sanford mall around 10, then we should be fine. We don't need to be at exposed when they first open the doors, and I don't think everyone will want to wash the car when we get there. I think most people will take quick detailer to their car...

 

yeah wash the car the night before and then quick detail when we get up there. ^_~ so what exactly are we doing? meet up at sanford mall around 9:30-10? then leave at 10 to go pick up the daytona peepz.

 

also people please fill gas tanks night before it is so annoying waiting for people in the am to get gas

well how about this.... for those that wanna wash their cars up there, they can go up early. then we will have a CHECKPOINT in j-ville for everyoen to meet b4 we roll into exposed (much like what we did with the automall for exposed 1.0)

while planing our meet times... don't forget at EACH checkpoint we will wait for at least 10 minutes b4 we head out again to the next point. this gives a few straglers caught in raffic some time. also if Orlando people want to leave at 8:30 then that means tampa people hafta leave at 7:15... sarasota has to leave at 6:15... so on and so forth.

so lets try to make out meet timeat the final checkpoint in J-ville just late enough (but not too late) to help out those who hafta leave EARLIER than us Orlando peeps.

also - for those that live in LOWER PLACES - if you are not able to leave quite so early, then you can leave at a later tiem and just plan to meet at one of the checkpoints at the correct time slot and you can catch up. that's the beauty of the checkpoint rally.

so what time is exposed opening up for us to roll in? 1 pm?

if anyone has a better idea of areas to meet or a better plan, PLEASE comment or PM me. if you have a great idea for a place to meet at any of those cities, let us know. and if i missed any city to meet at (i.e. Tally, Lake City, Ocala etc.) let me knwo so that i can add them. i am just not sure of where EVERYONE will be coming from, and i do not want to leave anyone out. if this works out it will be HUGE! and awesome!

 

i went back in time to read OLD POSTS to get a head count of who all was coming and where they are from. i got all confused through the drama, wow you guys went NUTS. lol

so who is going? shoudl we start a list? this will also help me figure out what stops to make for hte rally, don't wanan leave anyone out.

 

Most orlando people are going and meeting at sanford which I guess is the orlando checkpoint??

I would say the Automall, it would be the easiest on and off I-95.

I'm going and Gracie is too. I haven't heard from others, I'll send another email out to get a head count.

 

You may want to get a list of participants out of Miami. The drive may be to far for many. That is at least what I have noticed in the past. I am preping my group in Ft. Lauderdale to get up to Orlando on Friday night in order to leave with them on Saturday.

Cher, I think getting to J-ville by 11 am is a bit late. Regarding the comment you made about not wanting to be there when the gates open, with a caravan this large, we would probably represent the majority of the show and therefore should plan on arriving around 10am, just to give all the support staff at the event some breathing room, before lunch and for other planned activities in the am.
