Scion / Jade Motorsports Project xA
We have received our budget, and we have received our deadline. We are finally receiving delivery of the vehicle [an xA] from Scion this weekend.
Tear down of the vehicle will commence immediately, and thus several of the OEM parts on the car will be for sale. I'll post a list of parts as soon as it is available, but if there's interest in some specificities please post. Thanks!
A little information on the competition for those who are interested:
3 Teams are involved, one of which being our group. Each team is given the same budget, car, and deadline. Winner of the competition will be decided upon at SEMA in Las Vegas this November where all 3 xAs will be displayed.
It's going to be crazy for the next 2.5 months...

thanks everyone.... will try to keep you all updated as it goes along...
as of right now, car is white...
so definitely for sale:
front & rear bumpers
front & rear seats
radio [they won't even let me switch my oem radio for this one, i want the extra colors
]
oem steering wheel, wheels, suspension, brakes, exhaust, etc.
as of right now, i think we're keeping only the dash and door panels for the interior... but i will let you know if we have no need for the glove box.
i think this might give you somewhat of an idea of the direction we're headed with the car... ;)

our slr went missing... not sure if it was stolen or misplaced... thus no pictures... all parts are pretty much in... just waiting for install and interior work to be done. can't really disclose too much of the details due to our competitors. but when i get back to florida... i'll see if i can get some 'behind the scenes' shots up. ;)

we were able to do one of these a few months back in the northeast.
it was a blast to do and be involved in.
we only had 4 weeks to turn it around and they wanted all item that came off the car back.
i am glad they listened and kept it all one model...(we had an xA and the other team had a tC)
all i can say is this...time waits for nobody. before you know it you'll have to give the car back and you will still be tring to finish it.
