Does anyone know of an xb being parted out or a salvage yard that has one in South Florida? I need the rear torsion bar that holds all the suspension pieces in the back due to a minor (so I thought) collison from a couple of days ago.
I have called around and found nothing, at this point I'm considering buying a wrecked scion so i can take the parts I need and then part it out myself.
Also has anyone ever dealt with a car that is being sold as "export only"? Most cars that are hit and totalled are considered Salvaged, so what needs to happen to a car to be considered export only? Stolen??? Any inputs? Anyone with a rear torsion bar laying around? The dealer wants $1000 for the part and that just seems a little too much.
