Actually across from the Beach Place is, well, the beach. I would suggest going over to the municipal lot across Las Olas Blvd from the Elbo room. There is usually enough spots on the back side to have a lil meeting as long as it's either on an off night or somewhat early. Everywhere gets crowded on the party nights. There is also a BIG lot kinda near the bridge on Las Olas just north under the bridge. Another spot is at the "South Beach" parking lot just north of the Yankee Clipper Hotel. Where they have the Volley Ball Champonships. That part might not be too expensive. Also if you guys do this regular, you can meet with city officials to possibly get a break on that parking. Like was mentioned, it costs almost everywhere near the beach. With a few exceptions. Also, on slow nights, the private lots will make you a deal just for having the meetings. Worth checkin out. Hope this helps a lil. I know the beach area well if you have your hearts set on a beach meeting place.
