Oh yea, and a turbo is actually suppossed to increase your gas mileage, as long as you stay off boost, and keep it in vacuum.
Since its reusing lost energy.
But yea if you drive in boost a lot of time, your mileage is gonna suck.... Bad, LMAO.
Edit: It also depends how good your tune is while off of boost.

All my money kept going towards gas.
Hmm.... I know thats the case for a turbocharger, but for a supercharger i'm not sure.
It should be the same, since a supercharger also increases the volumetric efficiency of the engine.
I saw julians spark plugs the other day, and I noticed it was a tad bit rich.
I guess TRD doesn't want any problems and left it running rich, lol. Better rich than lean.
Which makes perfect sense.
If I had a supercharger i'd probably get an FIC or a standalone, and lean it out in vaccuum so I can get better mileage, lol.

Julians should theoritically have been leaned out a bit because of the Intake he's running on his car, but then again I can't find concrete evidence that an intake causes a car to run leaner.
Either way its a _____ to have to fill up every damn 5 days, and I couldn't imagine 60 every 2-3 days, id be fckin Lance Armstrong riding around my damn bike

So when I saw them they had carbon already. If the intake had made it lean, it would be kind of hard to tell.
I did notice once thing though.
The tip appeared to be white. Which would either mean it had perfect combustion(14.7 afr, and it was self-cleaning like it should be) or that it was running leaner than 14.7
Sorry if I confused anyone, lol. It just struck me a little odd.
I'll have to see if he has a wideband so I can determine it.
Black build up = rich
White build up = lean
Brownish = stoich
Julian does not have a wideband. He changed his intake system without upping injectors or changing the reflash, so he should be running a tad leaner technically....

Yea, i still don't know what was wrong with my spark plugs to begin with. When i swapped them out my car was running much smoother, and got some power back. Im running the pulley and the intake and havn't run into a problem. I kinda wana run a wideband to see what my afr is but ive been running the car now for several thousand miles without an issue, and if i didn't blow it up at the track i don't see it detonating on me now.
BTW, yea gas sucks. Ive had to cut down on how much i was driving.
