I do have a question though.
If I do hack the iPhone, can I restore it to how it was OEM, at a later time?
If so, that would be great. But it would also mean I would have to get an iPhone without a 2-yr contract, and would have to pay alot more than $199 or $299, lol.

you jsut have to restore it to an un hacked firmware/update, from what ive leared so far the unlocks are software, unless you get a little chicp that you sit your simcard on and us that, which from what ive read is the only way to unlock the 3g iphone so far

But yea there is a software hack for the 3g now. Gotta keep up-to-date man, lol.
