damn ive been reading up on drew's sub alpine type x i believe, and from what ive read that sube is desigend to be in a sealed enclosure and does good in tight spaces like give or take 2cu.ft max airspace for the sub, and given its soudns nice now and the freqency responce goes from 24 or 200 hz.
even better news drew if you wanna go ported and tuned low a box with a max of 2cu.ft and tuned to 32 like mine would be perfect
if you have the manual for the subs then the recomended optimal vented box woudl be perfect, my only input would be use thick mdf, and if you can double baffle the front plate, and as always i recommend to all hatch style cars sub and port up
