yes they did the work on my car also... let me guess the person who hit you has GEICO?




well heres what the damage was to me in terms of what they did:

- replaced my broken front headlight with a refurbished used headlight with a crack in the bracket and cover...

-took out the watering system for the windshield wipers and never put it back and left loose wires in the bay form the watering sytem hanging

- stole a 12mm open ended socket wrench i had in the glove

- replaced my front bumper with an aftermarket front bumper that didnt fit right!!! so they had to order a new one

- replaced my fender with a non OEM one that did not fit so they had to replace that again with a new OEM one

- they left a tone of broken and loose clips all over the front end off or wrongly placed..

- they replaced the wrong bolts on the front lip mounting underneath with the wrong size bolts

- they ____ed up one of my side skirts THAT HAD NOTHING to do with the accident and claimed the paint fell off from washing it!!! WOW that was a hard one to swallow

-they took off both my side skirts and never put them on correctly i had to put it on correctly when i was there showing the manager !!! what a ____ty job they did while i was complaining about everything...

- they did do a nice job of painting my bumpers both times and front lip and side skirts (after i told them to fix it cuz they ____ed both of them up)

- they also racked up 7 miles on my car EXTRA when i turned it in.... 7 miles of what??? the car is in a dealer ... so oh man i went balistic there



i basically wounded up calling GEICO and the manager and reemed them a new _______ (the manager at lexus not GEICO.. they actually said no prob we are gonna fix it all ... it took me 2 weeks to get the car back.. to which is still had some broken clips and small things but i fixed it on my own.. i also told them to give me money for my 12mm socket wrench, GAS money for my 7 miles, plus and insurance check for 400 bucks from a broken VRD fog light they didnt fix and for raggin on my clutch...

i also went over to the body shop and told off 3 of guys there who worked on my car... they didnt say much when i called them out on their ____ty work... i also failed a complaint to the BBB and GEICO for safety reasons the dealer violated when turning back the car to me.. and GEICO said i was the first person to ever complain about that dealership shop... but i think i was just the only guy who walked in there knowing my stuff and walking out not getting fuked by the body shop.... im sure ALOT of ppl have gotten fuked there!

after me calling the BBB, and GEICO, they fixed everything with new parts and all the fit and finish aspects were fixed... so i was happy FINALLY.. it sucks i had to go that far to get my car just like it was from toyota but i didnt care.. i found it insulting they did what they did and said here ya go drive off..

the paint so far is good and matched up and everything is about 99%..

if u get froggy tell them the crazy **** with the white tc will come down there and start throwing chairs around and cause a rukus!!!!

Im not takeing it back till the car is to my likeing i told the guy. Its been 5+ weeks and this is what i get, def not happy.

I def gonna contact BBB and do the same you did.

I know my car inside and out and to give me what They thought was a finished car def ____ed me off and went off on them.

Im telling you if your not a car person and go there they def get away with alot of $hitty work when you dont sit there and look and make sure all is 100% and to your likeing.

 

before calling the BBB call state farm and complain and let them know what the situation with your car.. tell them in detail your experience.. that way they call the bodyshop and _____ them out first...

that way there is a paper trail on them.... the thing is once bodyshops get complaints in access.. the insurance agency will drop them .. so they are now FORCED to do good work.

 

most def will now, gonna call them now and give them a heads up.

And if I need back up, def gonna need you there!!!!
They see you there gonna be like oh $hit he know's the crazy guy with the white Tc!!

 

oh they will never forget me... i _____ed out alot of ppl there ... its all stupid girls up front.. is it a girl brown skinned girl named lissette handling you? or one of the other girls?

 

my friend emily works the front desk when I'm there and the one handleing the car is a guy name jean.

 

i never met jean.. i had an old lady in the front desk, some super tall girl named lissette and then anything girl Anette i think her name was who was handling it. it was a while back so many they changed staff.

 

You would think they wanna do it rite the first time!
So they don't have to do $hit over.

I'm gonna call the insurance now give them a heads up and gonna pray that they get there $hit togeather and fix my ride!! If not it's gonna stay there till they do!

One good thing was the paint was spot on and looked good!!

 

yea if anything paint dept i had no issues with.. they did a good job.. but everything else was crazy..

what i did was talk the manager there... and while i talked to him i called GEICO.. once i told GEICO what happend no lie 2 minutes later his phone rang and so did the claim adjust their calling THEM while i was there... shAt was priceless....
