Lately I have been thinking about a few options! And the most prominent one at this point is Trading in my tC for a 60-78 VW Bettle! Does anyone have any idea where I could get my hands on one?

The whole idea is to make a SLEEPER that will EAT all ricers ALIVE! I have seen a lot of cool vids of Beetles tearing the s*** out of ferraris and pullin 9 sec. in the quarter mile!

 

What!!!???^^^ is this possible? where do you put a big enough engine!? Shoot I'm gonna get one.

 

Just a small turbo and lots of boost! And EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING for the bug is dirt cheap! A brand new large engine for it will only cost $2500! And im going to smoke all the "cool" local ricers!

 

well, as long as you don't have a problem with a car that constantly breaks down, and have a bunch of other niceties, like rusted body panels, leaks, and the eternal fear of dying in collisions where you would've easily survived in your tC, then go ahead if those 9 sec 1/4's are worht it to ya

why dont you just keep your tc and get the bug? how much could it be?

a beetle? wow. No matter how fast you make it, it will still always be a beetle. Dont know if thats something to be proud of. Your not gonna get any pu$$y with a beetle thats for sure. If you have such a deep hatred for ricers buy a camaro or a trans am. These two will scare the ____ outta them just from the appearance. A f@ggot beetle will make them laugh histarically. Just tryin to help you out man.

 

lol i say instead of using that $2,500 towards a new engine plus more money for installation and stuff, u use it to buy a very nice turbo setup and kick @$$ and still get chix to come in ur car at random lol

 

Well see the thing is...I want a SLEEPER! If you saw a beetle on the road drive up next to you, and challenge you for a race, you probably would say something to the tune of..."This guy thinks he can take me!?!" And then I hammer it, and I'm gone and you would be $hittin yourself! saying..."Wow that is F'ing INSANE!" Thats what I want out of this project!

dude NO!!! beetle+semi accident = NOT A GOOD OUTCOME especially for the passengers in the back seat(if there IS a back seat) The TC gets 4&5 star crash test ratings If you get the beetle atleast keep the Tc.

 

okay then! lets say you bought the f@gmobile and made it fast. Then what? Is your mission in life to hunt down every ricer and race them? Instead of trading in the tc, why dont you save up money from youre part-time job, and buy the f@gmobile later? That way you can have both. Doesn't make sense to trade in a car with a much higher value (12k-16k depending on miles) for a 2k piece of junk. Your 16, you dont know any better ... trust me, been there done that.

 

Y but the only thing is im not a stupid 16 year old....I take college courses and pay my car, insurance, and gass in FULL! All by myself! My parents dont help AT ALL!

 

Im not doubting you but just so you know ....if you are taking college courses in HS ....take all you can because they sure as hell arent as hell as they are in college. Im not kicking you ...im just sayin thats a good thing.
