Wow! The turn out looks like it's gonna be good. I'm gonna call the hotels this weekend and try and get some discounts.

Take that bodyswapped tc off the list cuz I'll walk before I show up at another show in the honda. In fact my mom may be using it. I'm lucky I can even take it to work now. She's a little ____ed after 4 months and I don't blame her one bit. Everyday is a guessing game on if I'll be going to work or not. This is the cheapest one I found. I was first told they only give discounts if there's 10 rooms + for the group but I called again just now and I was told to call back monday and talk with the general manager. I will give an update on Monday.

$16each isn't too bad if 4 people get one room.

 

Talked to anthony. He said hes going to have two 10x10 tents there. Me and don are going to speak to him and get everything coordinated next week. All you guys have to do is show up!

The fine details are going to be talked about tomorrow. Mike and Don (me too if I'm not working) will be at the dealership to talk things over. I wouldn't put it past Toyota/Scion of Stuart to run a banner plane ad. They do that a lot. This isn't just for us but for the boys and girls club too. It's also a great way for them to promote their dealership and the Scion brand. Also a great way to promote the new xB and xD. I'm sure they will do whatever they can to get new customers with and without Scions to the dealership. They won my business.

 

Going to put my foot down tomorrow on how i want everything set up... and im demanding that we have a dunk tank... 3 ***** for $2 and the procedes would go towards the the boys and girls club... (thats my pitch, thats what im going for)
