u can still count on me, im still going, i only wish my car could be as fast as i want it to go, but i need my turbo kit for that, so this run to morosso will be a little test for me. im gonna see how fast my car goes down the 1/4 mile, and once i have my kit, im going to run it again and see the gains. Etsnet hows the greddy kit ??? im seriously thinking about getting it , i love this kit and i would like to see what it can do, so if u dont mind when were at morosso, could i take a peak under the hood ????

u sure Pete, as i understood from when the green light goes on to u cross the the starting line is reaction time after the starting line to the end of the 1/4 mile is your 1/4 mile time these two times r not added together reaction time is just to show u how fast u react the one that is important is the 60 ft. mark, this is what i believe, could be wrong

just checked the moroso calendar again and it seems like they have updated the events going on on the 9th. originally, it was just test and tune, but now they added this:
Sport Compact Winter Showdown eliminations from November 5th will be run December 9th along with 1/4 Mile Test & Tune. Gates open 4:30pm to 11pm. It is $15 to Test & Tune or $13 to watch. Children under 12 are free.
i guess they never finished eliminations on nov 5th so they're making it up on the 9th of december. i will call on monday tho to ask for more info in regards to test and tune and to see if the elimination will interfere with test and tune...if it doesnt sound too good, we're just going to have to re-schedule for january guys. cuz honestly, i want to go on a day where its structly test and tune....which dec 9th WAS originally, but now they changed it. by looking at their calendar, it looks like to me that the safest days to go test and tune only are on wednesdays or fridays, so most likely, we will have to go on a wednesday or friday if we decide to go next time...cuz they keep adding events on saturdays. but i WILL call on monday...i'll let u guys know.

what about the track thats over in naples ???? Mochley i think its called, i heard that its better than moroso, better track prep, and not as stricked as moroso is, and i have also heard that u can get more runs down the track than at moroso b/c hardly anyone knows about this track. why dont we look into this track, just a thought ??

is it the IMMOKALEE REGIONAL RACEWAY? ive been looking into that one also, and i think ur right, it may be a good idea to check that one out...i will call them monday, eventho they dont have any test n tunes till january i think.

Autox sounds cool... read a bit on it, but i dont think my car is set up for it just yet... and when i go F/I... the turbine size I might be getting wouldnt be optimal for it... at least i dont think anyway...

 

Uh oh...sounds like BIG boost!!!, but yea Autox sounds real interesting actually wanted to try but, im in the same boat...stock suspension....
