XB aftermarket fog light questions, HELP ME PLEASE

XB aftermarket fog light questions, HELP ME PLEASE
I bought some fog lights off of ebay, and all it came with is fog lights and switch, no instructions. But eveywhere i go i see a relay in the picture but cant really figure out where it goes. Im using the factory harnesses but dont under stand the relay, will i have to buy one from toyota or what? please help, I need instructions
