thanks trainman I appreciate the southern hospitality. I was there in Dec looking around for a place to live, my wife found a place at Fords Point. Have no idea where that place is, but I guess it's nice. I'm in Korea at the moment and my little xA remains stock, hopefully I can start modding it this summer.

I am pretty sure ford's pointe is in richmond hill , which is twenty minutes south of savannah, my folks live there. very nice little town but growing quickly. home prices are on a constant upward path, so buy quickly, you won't lose money, ( just googled fords pointe) The neighborhood is between sav and "the hill" on hwy 17. good area about 1 mile from an elementary and middle school. however traffic on 17 sucks. but you will certainly enjoy the location and access to I-95 and to hwy 204 to travel to ft.stewart and savannah metro area. I will help you out any way I can.

by the way, fords pointe is on the southwest edge of chatham county, and if you have never had southern seafood , one of the best restaurants is just down the road on the ogeechee river and it is called love's seafood. The gator ( yes alligator ) tail is deep fried and wonderful, if you like that kind of thing. When are you coming to savannah, and are you with the 3rd like most every body in the area?

Hey John:
Thanks alot for the local info man, I appreciate the mini tour. I get back to the states on the 10th of april and take possession of my apartment on the 15th, I'll have a few days off until May, so hopefully we can actually meet face to face. I'm up for the gator tail, hell you only live once.

absolutely, but I personally like the catfish much better. But I did eat my gator, so I can surely say that it is very different. and HAAF is right in the middle of savannah. I think they keep three different gates open most of the time to keep youout of traffic. the closest on is behind savannah mall at rio rd. see what the hours are , cause if it closed you gotta ride another twenty miutes to the stevenson gate. I know that stays open 24-7. Keep up and gimme a message when you are getting close.

i live out towards tybee on whitemarsh island, and i've seen a few scions out here that are semi hooked up, which makes me think that there are people who might want to start a club in the near future, but just aren't on scionlife... i'm going home for break on tuesday for 2 weeks, so when i get back hopefully we'll have something together for a meet or something, i dunno?
