ARC Induction Box spotted
From ARC's blog: http://ameblo.jp/arc-brazing/entry-11226960725.html
Note the title, "86オイルアタッチメント", which is detailing the "oil attachment", or the modification to clear the flange away from the oil filter to allow the attachment of an oil feed to the filter collar. However, if you look to the left (which is toward the nose of the car; compare this picture with the Scion FR-S press kit "image_9" of the stock engine bay), you can see an aluminum box with welded edges. This is where the black plastic air box would normally be... but if you look at the far left edge, you can just see the red rectangular filter with "ARC" printed in white letters.
I know, the ARC induction box is expensive, and quirky, but that's why I love it. I'm still running the ARC box on my 1st-gen tC, and it's beautiful, and always catches eyes at car shows.

... Much good feeling."
