Bashing john seems to be an addiction on other forums but I had good results with his flash. I ran a header with no knocking and good power. Made it to 25 k hard miles before failure but mine was made in 2012 and there were some issues with the early cars from what I understand.

Still though man, very very random thread to make. No one is going to understand, nor know what or where to go with this.

 

Not so much on this thread but other sites have become loaded with tuner bashing. Just relating my experience. Hopefully Toyota and Subaru have this figured out by now.

 

FWIW, car idles like ____ with new ecu. I pray that tune has been updated to handle direct injector issue.
