Accelerated Performances car. Supposedly they were able to get rid of the torque dip in the dyno curve. They haven't posted up the dyno results yet. Still tuning.

They are going to push it to 8lbs without pistons. Don't see any reason why it can't handle 8 either.
The S2k has a 12:1 ratio if I recall correctly. Boosting that on a stock motor and they are pushing 500whp on them. There is only one way to find out what an Fa20 will hold power wise on stock internals. 8lbs should be around the 270+whp mark I'm guessing.
If there are signs of detonation, there are still easier ways to push 8lbs without changing pistons...i.e. Methanol Injection.

Well my friend, there is possible and then there is practical. I'm talking reliable DD here, not a weekend racer where a blown engine is simply an opportunity to build the engine and raise the boost.
"The more the compressor flows the less pressure required to attain a given horsepower."
That is somewhat misleading. It's the air temp that makes the difference, not the flow. The assumption here is that a higher flowing compressor will heat the air less, resulting in a denser air charge at a given pressure. Obviously there are many other variables to consider besides compressor flow and boost PSI.
