So happy I didn't buy a Civic or the '12 tC...this is what I've been waiting for! Toyota definitely has the edge on styling this decade whereas Honda has fallen from its pedestal over the last decade.
Good luck to me in 6 months...only problem will be finding one at anything close to MSRP. You KNOW the dealers are going to jack the price on these tremendously. I doubt any of the first year will be purchased anywhere close to MSRP.

That's when referring to Adults. Kids and car seats are pretty acceptable. Forward facing car seats though, not so sure.
If you only think in one dimension (straight line) and not overall package, then it's probably not a car you are going to appreciate. You can always add power. Toyota is also rumored to be working on a Supercharged version.
The Boxer motor in the FR-S/BRZ is lower than what they come in with the STI/WRX's. This cars low center of gravity (cod) is 460mm. The Lexus LF-A is 445mm. The COD of the FR-S/BRZ is lower than a Porsche Cayman by a full inch. Two things I love to do is road racing and drifting, so the idea that I can drift a Scion that I don't need to convert to RWD will be pretty cool. I'm looking for it to be a daily though, so I'm not going to get crazy with it, cause I want the tC to go into a full track car instead of a track car that I have to drive on the street every now and then.

car is for having fun
