Also I doubled up on the under-dash LEDs. The kit came with 4 strips but I installed only 2. Yesterday I put 2 more so now there are 2 strips on each side:

 

It's mostly done. Now I just need to use 3m tape, route the wires down to the dash and install a swith

 

That's actually kinda cool. I'd like to see a video from the outside as well!

 

That will come on saturday or sunday. Im planning on installing 5 different new things this weekend and there will be a video covering all of it

what you need is LEDs on that laptop! ;)

I like this... really can't go wrong with LEDs. Have you considered putting some on the window controls and the door handle (interior)? I find this more helpful.

 

LED's in air vents and speakers! :o unless you were already planning on it haha I like it so far!!

 

This laptop already has plenty! I think around 4, the power button, hard drive activity, CPU activity, and charging indicator!

idk, i feel like it will take a long time to calibrate it and find the right intensity so its not in your face kinda thing

If you like LEDs a cool looking mod...and classy looking...is if you put them under the side view mirrors, so when you open your door they come on. like beemers do. ive seen it on a tC1 here in mass and it really looks pretty hot

All lights always on(headlights, parking, interior panel, licence plate)

took just a relay and a diode. no more getting pulled over for not having my lights off

it looks even better in person, the darker it is outside the better it looks but then the quality of the video goes down the darker it is
