tC -> FR-S.....and I am back!
sorry guys I've been very busy lately but here is the latest news. I am moving to California for the summer. I will be in Santa Rosa. So I'm sure I'll see lots of you in the Bay region!
Just replaced my springs by myself and made a crappy video, I hope it will help some of you

haha I've had allergies for the past 2 weeks so thats prolly the biggest reason why
@Steve
I dont think i've had any creaking noise, more of a subtle clunk when hitting pot holes at slow speeds
I drove 3000 miles and I am 100% sure I wouldnt have scraped with sportlines up until I got to Cali!!!
Once I got to Cali, I've been nearly scraping almost every day! I scrapped while pulling in to a detailing place with stock springs! For the past 8 years I've been told that cali roads are the best and thats y ppl have their cars so low around here.........roads are so bad that I may end up keeping the ugly stocks for the whole summer! very disappointing Cali, I expected better

LOL who told you that Cali has nice roads??? should have asked me, I would have told u different
and yes, i occasional scrapped one in a while on stock....the dips here are just stupid
and esp. if ur in Frisco....they have even more windy/hilly roads that are the normal driving roads! in LA you have to worry about pot holes, random dips, and the occasional homeless man
people here in the SoCal lower their cars SO LOW for shows/looks. I always tell people....driving a lowered car turns the normal driving routine into a game. always having to keep a paranoid eye out for bad roads and then trying to memorize all the bad areas and strategies the best routes to take.
even when there is car show, we usually provide aerial maps of the parking lot and label the areas to let people know which driveways to go on and which ones to avoid and which areas have speed bumps. its a whole gameh ere

secondly, what KJ said is true. in my opinion, i would like norcal more because of the weather, but the hills there are pretty insane depending where u go. on the other hand, Socal will have many potholes and dips(some place called humps or bumps) and also certain place will get your car scraped if youre not careful. Im on stock springs and wheels, with no lipkit, and i do worry about scraping where places I know where i will scrape. But then, since this is my first new car, I have been going super slow on dips and ive been angling on driveways and ramps where its not even necessary(just paranoid to be safe). you do need to memorize places where you see dips and stuff cause some places dont have signs.. good luck tho. lol
On the other hand, if you do come down to socal, you should probably hit me up too cause everyone keeps saying to "look at scion202's thread or ask him because hes the LED whiz expert" Ive been wanting to do footwells for my car for the longest time and also some AUDI style drl, but i have NOOOO experience and no clue with electrical stuff and i dont know how to deal with them. but anyways, hit me up if u do drop by down socal for some pics and chill.
how long are u going to be in the WC?
